Rwanda

Rwanda has an excellent investment climate, a robust and pro-business government, a fast-growing economy and access to all markets across East Africa. Rwanda is the second fastest growing economy in Africa. Thanks to its compact size and appetite for innovation, Rwanda is an ideal tech incubator. The country has the ambition to become a regional hub for top-tier capacity building in ICT. To accelerate this development, the Government has invested a lot in ICT infrastructure to enable service delivery. Rwanda has an aspiring climate agenda, as it transitions to a climate-resilient and a climate-neutral economy. Furthermore, a significant amount of focus is being placed by Rwanda’s government on accelerating the development of BPOs and ITOs.
