Graduate Training Programme

AmaliTech’s programme is open to graduates in Rwanda with IT/digital-related backgrounds who are willing to be enrolled in AmaliTech’s Training Academy to undergo intensive upskill training for IT/digital career opportunities.

The training programme is designed as a blended mix of online and on-site training, self-paced with instructors’ support – offering specialisations in front-end development, back-end development, full-stack development and Java programming. Trainees are enrolled for a period of one to three months based on knowledge and level of skill. Upon successful completion, Graduate Trainees have three employment pathways to choose from: They can get an employment offer at our AmaliTech’s Service Centre in Rwanda, they can use AmaliTech as a platform to be self-employed, or they have an option to seek gainful employment on their own.
