In this training program, the DSAA member company Majorel offered newcomers an in-depth training in soft skills and IT, which aimed at significantly improving their ability to compete in an international BPO environment. The scheduled trainings were partly offered online and offline at the provider’s premises. In addition to the language and soft skill training, Majorel provided industry-specific and customer-facing training following the qualification and IT training.
