The DSAA member company eSal developed and implemented two 4-week training programmes with subsequent job placement support focused on content moderation and customer engagement in the BPO industry. More than 50 trainees underwent the programme consisted of a work readiness, a digital marketing, and a data analytics module. Within the work readiness module, trainees learned basic computer skills, mindset and motivation theories and tools to handle stress appropriately. Within the digital marketing module, trainees learned the foundations of digital marketing, got a web-advertisement and content marketing as well as social media and newsletter marketing training. Within the data analytics module the trainees learned the basics of data analytics and developed an understanding of the flow of data and the importance of data visualization.
