The DSAA Talkshop Series is once again back for its third installment tomorrow!

The DSAA Talkshop Series is once again back for its third installment tomorrow! After a successful discussion about Ghana last February, the DSAA Talkshop on the 16th of March at 13:00 to 15:00 (CET) will explore Senegal and Ivory Coast.

We would like to warmly invite all our member companies, stakeholders, and partners, specifically their C-level executives, department heads (recruitment, marketing & communications, business development, etc.), trainers, and other relevant staff who might be interested to discover Senegal and Ivory Coast and who are willing to connect to relevant individuals and companies. We place high value to really get to know everyone, share what we are doing and how we can create an impact together!

In order to put a spotlight on DSAA member company benefits such as funding for studies, assessments, and outsourcing guides, support with the development and financing of training programs, and access to the DSAA company network, we invited these following speakers:

Stephan Fricke: DSAA funding for studies, assessments and outsourcing guides

Stephan Fricke is CEO of the German Outsourcing Association and the German Process Automation Association. In these functions he is greatly embedded in the European and international ICT services and Global Business Services sector and has built platforms and services that reach and connect today several hundred thousand people.

He is leading the editorial for the Outsourcing Journal and the RPA Journal and is organizing annual international conferences to exchange and build connections between the German and the international ICT, GBS and Process Automation community. He is using his insights to develop strategies and tactics for sustainable market expansion and ICT sector growth. Stephan has been working in several marketing and market development management roles in software, ICT research and business services companies and thus brings a hands-on mentality to his work.

We invited Stephan Fricke, who conceptualized and produced the Outsourcing Destination Guides for Ghana, Rwanda and the newly released- Senegal and Ivory Coast. He will provide some expert opinion regarding relevant facts & figures about these two countries, as presented in the publication.

Adil Berrada: DSAA support for the development and financing of training programs 

Adil Berrada is a business development leader in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry specialized in Africa. He has successfully accompagnied tier 1 international brands into deploying premium BPO operations in the continent enabling the creation of thousands of jobs and ecosystem fostering opportunities. He has been associated to all major development strategies for the company in the MEA region, either through strategic assessment of new expansion opportunities and drafting greenfield business plans, or via leading the business development stream in M&A operations. Adil Berrada is currently Senior Vice President at Majorel France Africa and Benelux in charge of sales and marketing on a regional level including Europe and Africa. Majorel is a global leading customer experience firm with 69,000+ employees operating from 35 countries worldwide

He will share his insights on how to run a DSAA funded training program on the ground and the key challenges and accomplishments that come along the way.

Momadou Ndoye: Access to the DSAA company network and beyond

Passionate about new technologies, Momadou did his secondary studies in Senegal until obtaining a scientific baccalaureate before continuing his higher education in France and became a double graduate engineer from the INT Telecoms school and the Ecole des Mines de Saint Etienne. He began his career in France in 2001 at Sema Group then at Schlumberger. With international experience and a specialist in IT and new technologies, he subsequently joined the Atos group in various positions as Consultant, Architect, Project Manager, Program Director.

In 2015, he was entrusted with the management of the Atos Offshore Service Center in Senegal in charge of strategy, business development and operations. Under his leadership, the Center grew to a staff of over 450 people. For a year, Momadou in addition to his previous functions, has held the position of Director of Operations for West and Central Africa covering Senegal, Ivory Coast and Gabon to define, develop and implement the new business. model of the group in the continent. With an international vision and more than 20 years of professional experience in international IT companies, Momadou continues its commitment to digitalization projects in Africa.

Momadou Ndoye, will provide relevant information about his experience in collaborating with the DSAA from a new member perspective as well as he will share his insights based on his established professional experience on how to further collaborate and network.

Breakout Sessions & Discussion

After each presentation, our moderators have prepared collaborative online activities which will enable everyone to talk to each other, share their perspectives, and encourage synergies within DSAA.
