DSAA & Women in Business Network launched the SheMAdeIT Africa workshops

We at DSAA e.V. are very happy to take part in the #SheMadeITAfrica workshops from the 22nd to 25th of November.

It is such a great pleasure to work with Women in Business Network – WIB, and the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs – Verband deutscher Unternehmerinnen e.V. (VdU) with the support of Invest for Jobs – Special Initiative on Training and Job Creation and the Global Project Partners (GPP). The DSAA member companies getINNOtized GmbHi3 TechnologiesAmaliTech gGmbH and Majorel participate at the #SheMadeITAfrica workshops as we share key takeaways and best practices to encourage and support more women to embrace their highest potential in the IT sector.

SheMadeIT is an event concept that was developed by Women in Business Network (WiB). The target group is female STEM Students at the universities located in Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Ghana and Rwanda, female DSAA Trainees, Young STEM graduates and local institutions supporting young women in finding decent jobs and enhancing their digital skills. The event offers guidance, inspiration and networking opportunities to establish their own business or enhance their chances of employability.

DSAA e.V.‘s commitment to #Diversity#Equity and #Inclusion are not only stated as text but it is extended through our actions. Our project manager for business outreach and project development Matthias Lenz was part of the opening as he introduced DSAA and our key activities as an association.

The sessions from Nov. 22nd till the 25th, includes inspirational stories, and workshops on:
-Why Networks and Mentoring Programs Matter
-How to establish your own company or startup
-Meeting your potential employer

All sessions are moderated in French and English.
